Reservations & Payments

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Long-term stays may require a security and/or electric deposit at the time of booking.

  • Reservation fees, rent, and utilities must be paid according to the agreed schedule.

  • Failure to pay on time may result in late fees or termination of stay.

Deposits

  • Security and electric deposits are required for long-term guests.

  • Deposits are refundable provided:

    • The site is left in clean, rent-ready condition

    • All balances are paid in full

    • Proper notice of departure is given

  • Deposit amounts vary by site and are outlined during booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation and refund policies vary based on stay length and notice given.

  • No refunds are guaranteed for early departures, no-shows, or rule violations.

  • Please contact management directly for cancellation requests.

Park Rules & Guest Conduct

  • Guests are responsible for following all park rules and posted notices.

  • Quiet hours must be observed.

  • Illegal activity, disruptive behavior, or unsafe conduct will result in immediate removal without refund.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Site Use & Property

  • Sites are for registered guests only.

  • Subleasing or unauthorized occupants are not permitted.

  • Guests are responsible for keeping their site clean and free of debris.

  • Any damage to park property caused by guests or visitors will be charged to the responsible party.

Utilities & Equipment

  • Electrical usage may be monitored for long-term guests.

  • Unauthorized electrical modifications or unsafe connections are prohibited.

  • Guests are responsible for maintaining their own RV, cords, hoses, and equipment.

Liability Disclaimer

  • Guests stay at their own risk.

  • HWY 71 RV Park is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury to persons or property.

  • Guests agree to release and hold harmless HWY 71 RV Park from liability arising from use of the park, facilities, or grounds.

Vehicles & Visitors

  • All vehicles must be registered with management.

  • Speed limits must be observed.

  • Visitors are subject to park rules and may be limited or restricted.
